AUGUST 1st is coming FAST
!! The 2nd Annual Hardcore Strongman/Woman Competition is slated to be HUGE !! We should easily topple 40 competitors coming
from NY,NH,NJ,MD,VT,and Canada so far !!!
Spectators only $6.00 and includes a full meal courtesy of SYSCO FOODS. All spectator proceeds benefit the St. Judes
Childrens Hospital.

Welcome to our web site! The location is the former Knights
of Columbus building at 3452 Route 22 in Peru,NY. Just 3 1/2 miles south of exit 36 off I-87, our facility has a
great location with easy accessibility. A 5400 square foot facility with ample parking. Showers and lockers are provided for
all members daily. A free towel service, and free aerobics classes are also available. We are a community driven health club,
and will be providing a great service to the community for years to come.
